These terms govern your use of glazeslut.com and any order you place (the “Terms”). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Using the Site

Use the Site legally and responsibly. Don’t try to disrupt it, copy our content without permission, or misuse our messaging tools.

Products & pricing

  • We sell made‑to‑order apparel and occasional stickers via print‑on‑demand partners. Images are mockups; minor variations may occur.

  • Prices and availability can change. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout based on your location.

  • We may limit quantities per customer.

Orders & fulfillment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we charge your payment method and send an order confirmation.

  • Fulfillment is handled by Gelato and shipped by common carriers. Production and delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier scans the package as delivered to your address.

Returns, exchanges & issues

See our Shipping & Returns page for the current policy. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within the stated window with photos so we can replace or refund according to that policy.

Scholarship program

We set aside $3 per shirt sold for our scholarship fund to support ceramic artists’ attendance at NCECA (or a similar educational purpose). Funds are tracked separately in our accounting. Contributions made through purchases are not tax‑deductible to customers. We publish periodic totals and outcomes. We may adjust program details over time; updates will appear on the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or artwork without written permission.

Messaging consent

If you opt in to email/SMS/DM marketing, you consent to receive messages from us. You can opt out at any time (unsubscribe links or reply STOP where applicable). Message/data rates may apply.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site and products are provided “as is.” We don’t make warranties beyond those required by law. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits rights that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflicts rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Richmond City County, Virginia unless another forum is required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll post the new date above and, if appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
